    • How to categorize growth as low, typical or high using SGP
    • How to analyze growth and achievement data simultaneously to make instructional decisions
    • RECOMMENDED PREREQUISITE: Students need an SCP score which consists of two computer-adaptive assessments within specific timeframes

    • Why shifting to instructional and practice strategies that incorporate mastery is necessary and beneficial
    • Use dashboard data to monitor mastery
    • Simple options for beginning to make the shift towards mastery-based personalization

    • Understand the basics of Star CBM data and begin to analyze Star CBM and CAT data together
    • Understand scoring in Star CBM and how it compares to scoring in Star CAT
    • Understand the basics of screening and setting goals, as well as the screening and progress monitoring timeline and pathway
    • Understand Star CBM’s place in an RTI/MTSS model
    • Utilize the notetaker feature to document comments regarding patterns, behavior, and effort

    • Identify how an where CBMs fit into evaluation of or informing instruction/intervention in RTI/MTSS models
    • Group students of similar scores in the same Star CBM measures, with Star CBM
    • Set goals and monitor progress using the Star CBM Record Book and the note-taker feature
    • Plan differentiated instruction/intervention using the Star CBM Record Book
