Monday Morning - Committee Meetings

FREE

    • ICAA policy allows for one official representative per school to serve on a review committee
      • A limited number of non-participating observers are also allowed
    • Strongly recommended for Heads of School with '24-'25 External Review Visit
    • Encouraged for all other Heads of School or Accreditation Coordinators
    • Required for ICAA Commissioners

Tuesday Morning - Required Delegate Assembly

FREE

    • REQUIRED for at least one official representative from each ICAA school
    • Open to additional representatives from each ICAA school
    • Emergency waiver applications available by request

Tuesday Afternoon - International Luncheon

FREE - Sponsored by Bob Jones University Press & Precept Marketing

    • Open to guests traveling from outside the U.S. from ORUef Member Schools

Tuesday Afternoon - Chairman / Lead Evaluator Training

FREE

    • Strongly recommended for current Chairmen / Lead Evaluators
    • Open to experienced ERV Team Members interested in becoming a Chairman / Lead Evaluator

Wednesday - Global Christian Educators' Conference (GCEC) 2025

Thursday - Accreditation Training for Schools

$51.50 per Person (includes continental breakfast, lunch & training materials)

    • Required for at least one official representative of all schools with '25-'26 External Review Visit
      • unless your school attended the virtual January 30, 2025 training
    • Required for at least one official representative of all schools currently in Pre-Candidate, Candidate, or Foundational Accreditation status
      • unless your school attended the virtual January 30, 2025 training
    • Strongly recommended for new Heads of Schools or Accreditation Coordinators who have not yet been through the accreditation cycle
